  • You work independently with the help of our in-house systems and a modern CRM system, in which you document all processes  
  • You forward enquiries about orders to the relevant specialist departments and work closely with them 

 

What you bring with you: 

  • You are an absolute communication talent and speak business fluent French and/or English  
  • You keep a cool head even in tricky situations and never lose your sense of humour  
  • You have experience in the customer and/or service sector. The customer comes first for you  
  • You are committed, goal-orientated, team-oriented and have your heart and mouth in the right place
